Here’s a fascinating secret about miracles: You can’t necessarily always place an order for magic at will, but you can deliberately create the conditions — environment, atmosphere and attitude — that make miracles a thousand times more likely to occur. Want to know how you can create a miracle-friendly world? By taking these practical steps, you will bring magic into your relationships, body, finances and more!
Your ability to Make Miracles is in direct proportion to your willingness to:
1. Tell yourself more truth about the situation you want to transform
The more honest you are about where you’re really at, the more personal power you have to realize your dreams. By aligning yourself accurately with what is real, you retrieve all of the life force you’ve invested in holding together false situations and relationships. This re-captured energy then attracts the goals you desire. In this universe what’s congruent gets the energy. What’s not congruent doesn’t get the energy. Where aren’t you being honest or accurate about some aspect of your life? What truth about your life is right now safe, timely, helpful, nurturing and liberating for you to acknowledge to yourself?
2. Act “outside the box”
All magic occurs beyond the boundaries of your current belief system. What obstacles lie between you and moving outside your “comfort zone?” Where could you let your vision for your life be more outrageous? More fun? More of what you really want?
3. Withdraw from collective mass consciousness
Step beyond general consensus to remove the limits of what’s possible for you to have. Many people have changed society — and had fun — by doing “what couldn’t be done.” You can too. When you withdraw your energy field from the energy field of the tribal collective agreement, you can create outside that agreement. Be “in the world, but not of it.” Where in your life could you step a little further outside of mass consciousness thinking?
4. Use the Law of Attraction: Energize what you love with gratitude
Our magnetic field of energy is always (all ways) attracting exactly what we need to create our heart’s desires. Discover the ancient wisdom of multiplying what you have with deep thankfulness. As you pour the vibration of appreciation into the love, health, prosperity and joy that you already have, this vibration will magnetize more of the same to you. It’s the physics of the Universe. What aspects of your life could you right now be genuinely grateful for?
5. Experience “concrete, physical” reality as energy
When we choose to experience so-called “solid” things as the vibrational energy — fields of energy — that they actually are, these aspects of our reality become infinitely more malleable and flexible in responding to our intentions. Where are you willing right now to open to experiencing your body — and other people, conditions, animals, rocks, emotions — as an energy field (life force/flow dynamic) rather than as fixed, static, solid objects?
6. Reclaim your Personal Power
Are you energizing ideas and activities and maintaining relationships that no longer serve you? When you choose to invest in those relationships and situations that do feed your dreams, you regain tremendous personal power. When you choose to call back your spirit from the people, ideas and activities that no longer serve you, you regain tremendous personal power to invest in those relationships and situations that do feed your dreams. What are you tolerating, avoiding or denying in your life right now? Where are you compromising, sacrificing or settling for something less than what you really want? Where could you invest your time, energy and attention that would really serve you?
7. Relax your grip on your belief system
When you release your vise grip on the rigid, fixed beliefs you inherited from society, the things can shift that need to shift for something new, fresh, wonderful and miraculous to happen to you. What are your beliefs about how life operates? How important are these beliefs to your survival, identity, reputation (need for approval) and sense of worth? In what areas of your life could you right now relax your need to control the exact functioning of the people and events around you?
8. Build Your Chi – Your Internal Life Force Energy
Our free attention, time and energy are the lifeblood of our ability to create and attract what we desire in life. The more we consciously manage and steward these natural assets, the more we can build a reservoir and reserve of miracle-producing power. Where could you be more accessible to energy-giving situations and people? Where could you be more inaccessible to energy-draining situations and people? How can you naturally and easily “build your internal life force chi” through activities that are fun for you? What in your life are you not experiencing as an adventure?
9. Connect directly with Spirit
Your soul is in charge of your life! Your spirit has been running the show from behind the stage curtain since the beginning of time. Open a direct line to the wonders, wisdom, support and guidance of your own brilliant soul plan. How do you mediate/pray? Is it as effective as you would like? Have you tried a moving meditation?
10. Align your personality with your soul
When you’re aligned with your true intentions in being here this lifetime, prosperity flows automatically with no effort or doingness. Align your everyday lifestyle with your soul vision and receive all the support, energy and love you need-and begin to enjoy the ride! What actions could you take that would bring your life more in accord with your life purpose? What changes could you make to be more authentic in your life?
11. Allow yourself to receive from Spirit
The primary joy and purpose of our spirit friends — the Ascended Masters, guardian angels, spirit guides, nature devas, spirit animals — is to assist us to reach our life goals. Do you regularly ask for assistance, and let in love and energy from your other dimensional allies?
12. Embrace your Shadow
What you choose not to see, you can’t change. What weaknesses, faults, fears and shortcomings do you feel you have — socially, physically, spiritually, romantically, financially, sexually? Are you willing to open up to your soul’s point of view on your so-called “dark side”?
13. Hang with people who nurture you
By your own pre-arranged conscious design, old soulmates deliver messages to you that trigger timely awareness, alchemy and awakening. What people and environments are not entirely safe, supportive or inspiring for you to be with? Where could you refuse to let another be reckless with your heart? Where could you be less reckless with another’s heart? Where could you celebrate the success of others?
14. Listen to your body
Our body is a natural feedback system to keep us abreast of how well we are dealing with the pressures and demands of life. What lessons is your body reflecting to you? What wake-up calls from your body have you been denying? What’s the weight you are carrying around? What’s your body dying to tell you?
15. Follow the guiding signs and synchronicities Spirit gives you everyday
Our soul is always (all ways) trying to steer us toward our goals. We live in an interactive, responsive universe that is designed to fulfill our deepest dreams — if we would only play along! Allow your intuition to guide you to the forms and vehicles that will empower your spirit to express fully. What messages and signals has the Universe been sending you that you have been ignoring, misinterpreting, or are afraid to act on?
16. Choose to be innocent (free) of the past: Welcome surprise and serendipity
Open the door to more magic, meaning and money in your world by learning to suspend skepticism and conditioned responses. Learn to surf through the surprises of life, instead of being swept away by them. Where could you approach your goals with more flexibility, openness and sense of play?
17. Feng-shui your life: Give yourself a “spaceshift”
Feng-shui is the ancient art of consciously managing matter and energy within space. By intuitively re-arranging the elements of your daily life, you create the space to nurture the freedom, opportunities and effectiveness you desire. By clearing out the old, dead elements of your life, you create a natural vacuum and an unblocked channel for fresh, new energy and ideas to come into your private and professional life. How could you unblock your energy now? Where can you re-arrange the ways you live your everyday life in a fresh, new, intuitive way?
18. Live your life as an experiment
Consider your life as the latest — and greatest — experiment by human consciousness to express Heaven on Earth — or just to have fun playing in the 3rd dimension. Where could you lighten up, celebrate and have more humor in your approach to living?

If you wish to learn how to manage interior design according to feng shui design guidelines, there are some major tips you must know. We wish to help you achieve a balanced and harmonic feng shui design for any environment you wish it to be. Read the next paragraphs and learn the feng shui design most important tips.
1. Feng shui design should always be done having the people who will be in it in mind. People’s comfort must be a priority, and all you do must be done thinking of that.
2. You should be guided by the bagua map and the areas it indicates within that space in order to distribute objects and furniture in it.
3. Make use of the main feng shui elements. An interior design uses furniture and objects, which may contain the different elements. These elements should always be in harmonic quantities and according to the bagua map indications.
4. You should choose colors according to what they symbolize and represent. Different colors represent different elements and have different symbolisms.
5. Good feng shui design does not allow dark spots in it since that doesn’t allow chi flowing properly.
6. You should choose carefully the shapes of the objects and furniture; different shapes provide different feelings as well as tend to balance in different ways.
7. Couches and chairs should always be placed in a way that allows those who sit on them to easily look at the door.
8. According to feng shui design guidelines beds should not be right across the door and ideally should have a wall at one side as protection.
9. Mirrors should be placed strategically, thought according to the light amount wished as well as which objects you wish it to reflect.
10. Correct feng shui design would allow people to feel good and comfortable in that interior without really noticing it has been carefully thought of. It should be natural and balanced, providing comfort to those occupying it.

I asked Kat if she could channel some information for us about the current economic crisis
here in the US.
Kat : The biggest thing that I get is that this is a cycle that we go through, and that we have gone
through it from the time of Atlantis to today. In Atlantis we would have a certain amount of workers for
a certain number of jobs. While nobody got paid, everyone had food and shelter and what they needed.
But when there became too many entities and not enough jobs to keep them all busy, the aliens would
take the excess people plus a few, and go and start another outpost on another planet.
Even in this day and age, when we are going through this horrendous recession, it’s basically
the same thing. There are way too many people for not enough jobs. Whether or not we get paid
enough to have clothes on our back and have a roof over our heads, its the same cycle. We have gone
through this every 200 or 300 years. You can go back and view it historically. At the time of the cave
men, when a clan became too big, they would split off part of the group and go somewhere else in
order to not deplete the local resources such as food, shelter and clothing.
Alex: Is this just a cycle that we go through or is there something specific that we have done in
the United States to bring this about?
Kat : I think it’s more of a cycle and we don’t know how to counteract it. We don’t know how to
create jobs. We don’t know how to lessen our debt. We don’t know so many things. We just keep
thinking we’ll keep making more money, print more money. That isn’t taking care of the problem. The
problem is that we need to branch off and get back into the natural thing which is to grow our own
vegetables and barter and trade, so we wouldn’t need all that money for the food and clothing, we
would only need money to pay for the house and car.
Alex: It sounds like we need to change our way of thinking – to not being so obsessed with
money?
Kat : Yes. We need to become more flexible, find other ways of meeting our needs. Americans
are extraordinarily resourceful and have gone through tremendous changes. This is one of those times.
We can do it.
Alex: Would you say that we (as a country) grew “too big for our britches”?
Kat : Definitely. We don’t need to keep building – we don’t have enough room for the buildings
we have already. Businesses can’t pay the rent. Everything is so exorbitantly high. People get greedy.
They also realize some people aren’t going to be able to pay the rent, so they raise everyone else’s rent
to compensate.. For example if they rent out three properties, they figure two of the tenants will be able
to pay the rent and the other one won’t. Inflation is another factor that contributed to a cycle of higher
prices. While historically, inflation was not relatively high, over the years it added up. This cycle kept
going until housing prices started to collapse. This recession is the result.
Alex: Does one component (of the recession) have to do with interpersonal competition?
Kat : Yes. Japan goes through this all the time. They don’t have enough to go around but every
one has enough for food and clothing and a home. There is tremendous competition in Japan. Yet they
also have a larger focus on their society and making sure people get taken care of. So they also have a
counterbalancing spirit of cooperation and teamwork. They can do it and they’re this itty-bitty little
island. Why can’t we do it?
Alex: I think people will start to have to work together more in order to accomplish their goals
and make their situations work. Sometimes this involves working or living with other people that you
might not ordinarily associate with. It’s going to demand a lot of tolerance and flexibility. But it can be
done.
Alex: Do you have any idea about the how long the economic downturn will last?
Kat : It’s going to make a slow recovery. We are looking at 3-4 years before we feel like we
have recovered. The actual recovery will probably be more like 18 years more (to get back to where we
were at the peak, around 2007) or so. Of course in this time frame there will also be great planetary
shifts, things like earthquakes and climate changes, so when these come along, the economic situation
will probably take a back seat, so to speak, in people’s minds.
Alex: Is there anything else you can say to people as individuals in terms of how they can help
themselves financially in this economic crisis?
Kat : We need to learn to help each other out instead of take. We need to broaden our focus from
obsessing about money, to looking for other means to make our lives work. This will take perception
and creativity. For example, barter and trade. Grow your own veggies, be willing to trade – if you have
protein based foods like nuts and seeds, and you know you aren’t going to need it all, trade the rest for
fruit and vegetables.
Alex: Everyone has something to offer. Whatever that is, whatever skills or abilities, you may
have to learn to exchange it for things you do need. The exchange may not involve money, but in the
end you should be able to still get the things you need. Remember, there was a time before there was
money. Money just became a standard of value which was universally accepted.
Alex: What about people who are looking for a job and can’t make it. Would you say we need to
change our focus from money to a different kind of focus?
Kat : People need to change their thinking. Quit thinking “I can’t make it.” Change it to “I’ll
make it. I don’t know how but I’ll make it.” Use that positive link. People aren’t thinking how to get the
money they need, they just know they need it. And sometimes that feels like drowning.
Alex: I’ve had dreams of drowning, and I know from our previous conversations that this comes
from the sinking of Atlantis. Do you want to talk about the link between the current economic situation
and the sinking of Atlantis?
Kat : Atlantis was a floating island. It was never stable. It never had an anchor. It sank because
the weight of the city could not be supported by the land mass. Some of the energy crystals started to
explode because they were overburdened. The ET’s didn’t think far enough in advance to bring enough
crystals for all the people. This was a total experiment. They wanted to see how long they could do this
at this rate. They didn’t ever plan for it to be that big. They were doing experiments when they didn’t
even know the planet that well.
Alex: Is there any advice you can give people (spiritually) to help them go through this difficult
economic time?
Kat : Do all the prayers you can. Change your thinking. Be flexible, broaden your focus. Think
outside the box. You can still make your life work.

Being stressed is not part of a healthy lifestyle. Not only is stress damaging to us physically, it can also cause us to eat more and exercise less. Stress can be a huge obstacle that gets in the way of our healthy lifestyle goals. What can you do to effectively manage your stress? The following six steps will help you to make changes to have less stress and more happiness in your life.
1. Be aware of what stresses you and how you react to stress.
Learn to understand what situations; events, circumstances and people cause you to feel negative stress. Think about what message your brain is telling you about why you feel stressed. Notice the physical reactions you have, a racing heart, and shortness of breath, tight muscles or feeling angry and upset.
2. Think about the changes you can make.
Is there a way you can set up a structure to reduce or eliminate the stress by being more organized or managing you time better. Can you avoid or eliminate any of the things that cause you negative stress? Can you reduce your exposure to stress by taking a break away from the situation?
3. Better manage your emotional reaction to stress.
Different things cause different people stress. You may find public speaking extremely stressful but others thrive on this type of challenge. Having too many deadlines may leave you tearing your hair out but may make someone else feel completely organized and less stressed. We feel stressed because of how we personally perceive the situation. Are you stressed because you view things are critical or urgent when that may not be the case? Are you feeling pressure because you are a perfectionist? Try and be more moderate in your view and put the situation into perspective. Get someone else’s perspective on the situation and compare with your own. Are you being over dramatic?
4. Better manage your physical reaction to stress.
Learn relaxation and deep breathing techniques that will slow down your racing heart, improve your breathing and relax those tense muscles. Learn to smile and laugh more. It’s hard to be angry and stressed while you’re laughing.
5. Look after your emotional needs.
Don’t live up to other expectations, as these will not be in alignment with your own needs and values. Hang around up building and supportive friends or co-workers. Find someone to share your concerns with. Also learn to ask for and accept help.
6. Look after your physical health.
Being in good physical shape in itself reduces stress. Be physically active everyday. Eat well, don’t smoke or drink excessively. Get enough sleep and regularly take time out to do things you enjoy.
This week look at what is causing you stress and then work at applying the appropriate steps in this article. Be realistic and make changes slowly. Above all, don’t worry be happy!

Charlotte by Alex
About a year ago I had to have my cat Charlotte put to sleep. She was one of the most
beautiful cats I have ever known. It was really hard to do. I had Charlotte for about 17 years and
was quite attached to her. She had gotten older, as cats do. But one day she would not eat her
food. And for Charlotte that was a big deal because Charlotte loved to eat. At that point I knew
something was very wrong. I began to cry. Looking back I must have known that it was time to
say goodbye to her.
I had spoken to Kat (one of Foretell’s psychics) about this earlier. She had said, “you will
know when it is time.” Well, it certainly was time. I took Charlotte to the vet. The prognosis was
not good. Even if they fixed her up there was no guarantee that I wouldn’t have to come back in a
month or so and go through it all again.
I agonized over the decision again and again, but in the end I just wanted Charlotte’s
suffering to stop. At about 8:30 in the morning I gave the ok for the vet to put her to sleep. The
vet gave her the injection. I held her in my arms until she was gone. I could not stop crying. Even
now, recounting it over a year later is still difficult.
That day was August 15, 2009. After that day, for three weeks straight I would sit every
day at 8:30 am to remember Charlotte. And I cried and cried and cried. After a while I began to
wonder what this was all about.
Now I am no stranger to processing my emotions, or past lives. I had had the good
fortune to do several years of workshops around 1994-1996 with a top notch trance channel, and
more or less have devoted myself to clearing out all my past karma. (This has taken over 15
years).
But somehow this seemed different. I mean, crying every day for three weeks straight –
over a cat? Most people would agree this sounds strange (including me). I talked again to Kat
about this whole thing. I really wanted to know where this was all coming from. And I knew from
experience that it had to be either from this life or a past life.
As Kat related it, Charlotte and I had been together for something like 15 lifetimes where
we had been together over 10 years each time. So there was a strong connection from that. I had
know about previous lives with Charlotte, but there was another one waiting to surface.
It turned out that I had been a monk in a French Monastery in the Pyrenees a long time
ago. I am not sure of the exact time frame but I think it was between around 1200 and 1400 AD.
At that time, Charlotte had been a wild cat. She was not as big as a mountain lion, but somewhat
smaller, although larger than a regular house cat. I think she had black tufts on the tips of her
ears.
Charlotte apparently wasn’t a good hunter, so she would go scrounging around for food.
And being a monastery, we had a kitchen and must have left the back door open. At some point
we became aware that Charlotte was coming into the kitchen looking for food. I think many of us
in the monastery became enamored of her, myself especially. I think we began leaving food for
her. I was told that I was the only one Charlotte would let near her. I don’t know if I was actually
able to touch her or not. But for whatever reason, she took a liking to me.
After some time, one day during prayers, we heard a loud rumble. Charlotte had been
living in a cave somewhere down the mountainside under the monastery, and the roof of the cave
had collapsed. We rushed down there as fast as we could, but there was nothing we could do. The
rocks were too big. And even if we could have moved them, it was too late for Charlotte.
So that was the major piece of the puzzle that was missing. Knowing this hasn’t changed
the way I feel. But it does put everything in perspective. There have been some difficult days, and
I can’t say that the last year has been especially encouraging for me, largely because of losing
Charlotte. But I think I am getting through this, and I think the fact that I can write this now is
testimony to that. I just wanted to say thanks to Cat for helping me understand what was going
on.
